Private tracking for GLP-1 & peptide care

Know your dose.Tell the whole story.

One calm, private record for your protocol, dose days, progress, symptoms, supply, and the conversations that matter.

01Built for your real protocol

Standard, compounded, and titration-aware.

02Private by design

Your health record and community identity stay distinct.

03Context, not advice

Clear records for better-informed conversations.

How it works

A quieter way to stay on top of treatment.

Your routine is already complicated. Your record should not be. Dose & Tell turns the details into one readable timeline.

01

Build your protocol

Add your GLP-1 or peptide plan, including titration steps and vial details. Dose & Tell follows the plan you enter; it never prescribes one.

02

Log dose day

Record when you took a dose, the injection site, and a short note. The whole update takes a few taps.

03

See the pattern

Keep weight, symptoms, adherence, and supply in one timeline so changes make sense in context.

04

Tell the right person

Bring a clearer record to appointments, or talk anonymously with people who understand the routine.

One living record

Small updates. Useful context.

See the routine as it actually happened, not as you try to remember it in the waiting room.

The Today screen: next dose in 3 days, Thursday, October 1, semaglutide 0.5 mg, with a button to log this week’s dose and check-in shortcuts for feelings and weight.
Protocol

Know where you are in the plan.

Keep each titration step, next dose, and schedule change in view without doing date math.

Supply

See what is left before you run low.

Track vial details and draws to estimate remaining doses and plan the next refill conversation.

Progress

Connect dose days with how you felt.

Review weight trends and side effects alongside the treatment timeline instead of in separate notes.

Inside the app · iPhone

When it is time, your routine is already there.

Designed for Apple AlarmKit

These are real screens from the Dose & Tell iPhone app: the alarms that keep dose day on schedule, the anonymous community, and the plan you control.

Dose alarms that get through.

With alarm access on, a dose alarm sounds through silent mode and Focus. When a connected clinic recommends a schedule, you turn it on yourself.

Privacy should feel obvious

Your health record is not your social profile.

Dose & Tell keeps personal treatment tracking separate from anonymous community participation, so you choose the context in which your story appears.

Read our privacy principles
01

Separate identities

Your patient account and community alias serve different purposes and stay visually distinct.

02

Share with intention

Connected care is designed around explicit access, not a public-by-default profile.

03

Designed for sensitive data

The product architecture treats treatment details as health information, not engagement content.

For the conversation after the data

Bring a clearer story to care.

A useful appointment starts with specifics: what you took, when you took it, how you felt, and what changed. Dose & Tell helps you arrive with that context already organized.

Good to know

Questions before you begin.

Dose & Tell is a tracking and communication tool. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace your care team.

01

Does Dose & Tell tell me what dose to take?

No. Dose & Tell organizes the treatment plan you enter and the events you record. Dosing decisions and missed-dose questions belong with a licensed clinician.

02

Can I track compounded medications?

Yes. You can record compounded GLP-1s and peptides, vial size, reconstitution details, syringe units, and your supply estimate.

03

Is the community public?

Community profiles are designed around aliases, so you can join a conversation without turning your health story into a public identity.

04

Can my clinic use the same record?

Dose & Tell supports connected care workflows. You decide what to share, and your personal tracking record remains separate from public community activity.
